Formula: annual cost = visits per year × (labor per visit + material per visit) + admin overhead. Minimum profitable price = annual cost / (1 - target margin). If you enter a current price, we also check its real margin.
Assumption: published sources disagree on whether maintenance agreements are genuinely high-margin or more marginal than the industry admits. This engine doesn't take a side, it uses your own real numbers instead of an industry benchmark.
