Methodology
Formula: after-hours labor cost = loaded rate × overtime multiplier × minimum job hours. Recommended price = (after-hours labor cost + dispatch cost) / (1 - target margin).
Assumption: overtime multiplier and dispatch cost are editable assumptions, not researched benchmarks, since overtime policy and on-call compensation vary by owner.
Limitation: prices the minimum-call floor only, a longer after-hours job should be priced with the same overtime multiplier applied to its actual hours.
